Alexandra Bowmar has years of experience in research and university lecturing in health, wellness and behaviour change and is accredited in mindfulness facilitation.

Alexandra recognises information overload is leading to knowledge overwhelm and decision fatigue, and the impacts that this can have on our creativity and stress-related outcomes. She is motivated by the desire to drive success from a base of happiness and wellbeing, rather than only experiencing happiness as a result of success.

She is the founder of Crafting Wellness , where wellness, innovation and productivity are learned through the process of hands-on creativity.
