I think that the people that truly enjoy and connect with my artwork do so because they see the magic and beauty in it; and there was already magic and beauty inside them. And that is what they mean when they say beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Or in this case, wonder is in the heart of the wonderful.

Wonder is an inside job.

So my first tip for you all is to write down what you want. Write down the vision that you have for yourself.

Every time I get the opportunity to speak, I am reminded of a note that I wrote to myself back in 2014. And in that note I wrote I want to be at the podium of life. Only those who have something to say get to stand at the podium. Only those who have accomplished something get to stand at the podium.

Claim your narrative.

It's okay to not be okay.

When we are going through something and grief it invited to the party. We owe it to ourselves to allow for those conflicting emotions to come up. And have to pay attention to them.

If you are going through something and there is even a small feeling telling you to change the situation. You have every right to do so by advocating for yourself.

"Take care of yourself - go for a run, have some me time and work hard at whatever your doing and invest yourself fully in whatever your doing into those things - but then also take the time to help others when you can because that will always lead to a happier more fulfilled life, where you bump into friends and different people who have taken different paths - but the one thing we all have in common is one another, where we can build those friendships that last forever."

If you get into the visual language of gifs, you are now expanding vocabulary because these things are saying things that never could be said before.

All of wonder is another euphemism for the act of creation.

The whole process of nature, is an integrated process with immense complexity. And it is really impossible to tell whether anything that happens in it is good or bad. Because you never know what will be the consequences of the misfortuned or you never know what will be the consequences of the good fortuned.

Persist with optimism.

I love the idea that when you've got no bin, just get rid of the bin, then all of the sudden you need to look at everything that generates waste.
