Hi i am Ryan, I like puzzles and fixing things. I really enjoy working as a team to accomplish a common task. I find all to often that people think they need something but really what they need is something completely different. Finding what clients really need is important to me.
Recently i have found that i enjoy customer relations. At my current job, i coordinate with the client through the duration of the project. I also train them on there finished website. At first i was hesitant at this responsibility, but it did not take too long before i looked forward to it. As a programer, i rarely get to see the end clients response to my work. During training i always make sure the clients requirements were met in my execution. This gives me a new level of feedback so i can improve my work and my communication with the client.
At the end of the day, it is all about continuous improvement.
People! I really like meeting new people and having a real constructive conversion. It is an amazing feeling when you can talk with someone who has the ability to not judge or get defensive if your views are appose theirs. It is most enjoying talking with someone who has different views than I because i can get a better perspective on the world and the people in it! Grammer.....I am bad at speling! I also dont know how to use thse ": ; , ! ?" things and i call this guy ":" stacked dots I often google every word that i don't know how to spell also what is a run on sentence and how do i know if i am doing it?
School is a place where you learn how to learn. Life is a place where you use your learning skills for to learn things for your job.

How to talk to clients.
I would talk to them about the importance of when & how to ask for help. Is a life lesson i had to learn at a very young age and I use this skill every day!
