I am on a mission to help people start from where they are and connect in creative ways. I'm seeking new connections as I grow roots in Wellington. I recently created the methotrexate and chill experience as my teen daughter went through cancer treatment. I've worked with powerful lasers, in a company that designs and runs submarines, turned reused materials into extensive crafts, taught meditation, facilitate groups, startups and corporations, led massive change in a company and in a family, and coach individuals to bring more of their values and selves into their lives and work.

How to navigate through MASSIVE changes/transitions. How to reframe and find a little more comfort wherever you may find yourself. Facilitation, the experimental process, systems, parenting and growing a non-traditional family, divorce, grief, ritual, transformation, adult learning theory, mental health and trauma, and cooking.

My family is new to Wellington. I am looking to meet other creative individuals to learn about the community here and build relationships.

  1. The only way out is through. 2. Leading change and seeing creativity means you see things differently than many around you. It can be lonely and you can feel misunderstood, it's important to remember this and find strength is seeing things differently and making a new path. 3. Even if you don't know what's next or stuck in a tough time, consider that each day is like going to the gym, show up fully for it, you are always building something even if you don't know what it is yet.

I really admire my grandmother. She moved her family for years in hiding through the war and across many borders, eventually building a life in America and bringing in what Ukrainian parts she could. She appreciated sparkle and believed fully in the magic of life.

Being really good at considering what the experience of something is and creating desired experiences amongst massive constraints. Understanding the nervous system and the incredible influence it has on our lives.

To give them an experience to rest into and gain a little awareness so they can feel it and know how to do it for themselves.
