Myers Briggs: ENTP
I use human-centered design methods to drive meaningful change. I believe that design should be functional, relevant, and empathetic.
This requires aligning and leading with my own human experience rather than solely focusing on innovation.
It means actively listening to the experiences and reflections of others and painting a clear picture of the context of a place - both current and historical.
I have experience working on projects in various industries.
My special interests reside in arts and culture (especially D.I.Y.), technology, and hospitality.
In my free time, I enjoy practicing Spanish using the lyrics to Shakira songs, saving YouTube videos to my "Tokyo" playlist, eating my way though towns and cities, turning my hands blue in a natural indigo dye vat, and breaking the rules by eating raw cookie dough.
A couple pieces of my favorite advice that I received are: "Trust the process" and "Keep it simple, stupid"
