I have learned many things skill wise and well as about the business side. Although with all my experience, knowledge and skill I am still learning new things everyday. Not to take client critiques personally. Remember they are critiquing the work and not you. If the creative doesn't work for the client, that doesn't mean that it's bad, it's just not what they want. And if they are mean or rude about it then "F" them.
