I am originally from Dallas, Texas. I came to Pittsburgh in 1983 to be the Sous Chef at Heinz Hall after studying Culinary Arts in NYC, Hawaii, and France. Opening Night was born at Heinz Hall in March of 1989. My daughter was born in June 1989. We mode to the Strip in 1994 and have been at 2627 Penn Avenue.
