Born and raised in downtown Toronto, I attended Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada where I attended the Rowe School of Business, specializing in Sales and Leadership. During school, I had the opportunity to participate in co-ops for Free The Children as a marketing and communications intern, at the United Way, where I spearheaded massive fundraising campaigns, and finally at a Film Festival where I ran an outdoor film experience showcasing 10 different movies and attracting over 12,000 people to come watch. I travel often and have enjoyed living in Asia, South East Asia, North America, and South America making it easy and enjoyable for me to live and work somewhere new! I left a job at the Bank of Nova Scotia where I held a management position in the branch network and then a formal sales role proactively helping small and medium sized businesses before deciding to drive all over North America and live in Shanghai for 5 months.
