I like to create order out of chaos. My ultimate goal is to put the fun back into efficiency and make work into play. I do this by introducing new, more agile, techniques and processes, and developing the most valuable asset available, namely human beings in personal and team coaching.

Graphic design to more clearly communicate concepts and ideas. Support and protection to allow me to focus on what's most important without getting pulled into distractions.

Authenticity. Because when you view everyone as uniquely like a fingerprint, it creates curiosity and with that more human-to-human connection. And human-to-human deep connection is what makes us happiest of all.
I see dysfunctional patterns (in products and also in teams) and solutions. I see past the noise to get to the essence of any issue at work, whether it is related to product, process or people.
I don't have any. Having a backup plan means you're planning to fail. I'm not willing to give up on my dreams.
