I am a Learning & Development professional with a strong focus on leadership development, employee growth, and practical, people-centered training. I design and facilitate engaging learning experiences that help leaders and teams build accountability, strengthen communication, and apply new skills directly to their work. With experience supporting healthcare and public service organizations, I value collaboration, empathy, and continuous improvement in everything I do.
