Hi, I’m Adria Willoughby (she/they), a counselor, recent MSW graduate from Portland State University, and founder of Move with Love: a movement rooted in collective care, access, and community connection. My work centers BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and system-impacted communities, drawing from years in crisis response, social work, and lived experience navigating systems not built for us.
Move with Love exists to challenge traditional models of care and build something more expansive. We create spaces: inside jails, hospitals, schools, corporations, and beyond, where people can reconnect with their bodies, their stories, and one another. Through somatic practices, storytelling, and collaborative offerings, we’re building a future where care is holistic, personalized, and truly accessible.
This isn’t about self-improvement. It’s about liberation, reclamation, and remembering that support is a birthright.
