Join the CreativeMornings Welly team! CreativeMornings is a monthly breakfast lecture series for the creative community and has been running in our wonderful Welly since October 2016.
CreativeMornings originated in New York about 5 years ago and is now running in 170 cities across 80 countries globally working towards bring people together for connection, learning and inspiration every month.
We are a not-for-profit, run by a volunteer team and rely on sponsorship to put our events on each month. Our events include coffee and breakfast with networking followed by an inspirational talk on a global theme, a few quick questions and then we’re out the door to work!
We’re on the move to a larger venue in 2017, and have some big ideas for how we can make a difference in our creative community and are looking for passionate people to come on the journey with us.

Co Host:
The role of the Co Host is to help our Chapter Host Alise get the show on the road each month.
There is a variety of things that need to be done each month from making sure the coffee kit shows up, to looking after social and digital marketing, attracting and negotiating new sponsorship arrangements and supporting our great team of volunteers.
This role would be perfect for someone who is passionate about Welly and the creative community, who has great relationship management and people skills and brings new and exciting ideas to help make CreativeMornings Welly bigger and better in 2017.
Photographer:
Our photographer is responsible for capturing our mornings from start to finish with all the magic in-between.
We’re looking for someone with experience capturing events and comfortable “working the room” for both informal and posed shots.
After our events the photographer edits and uploads our morning to Flickr so we can share it with the world.

Videographer:
If you’re looking for global exposure for your video skills this is the role for you.
Similar to our photographer, our videographer captures our mornings from end to end before uploading them to creativemornings.com where they live for the world to see with other mornings from all over the globe.
Our videographer will have experience documenting events and have their own or access to a full kit of gear (tripods, lights, etc).

Coffee Pro:
This is an important role, we’re sure you’ll agree!
We are lucky enough to be sponsored by Coffee Supreme and we’re looking for a passionate coffee lover or two to run our coffee station each month ensuring bottomless coffee for our creative community.
Ideally you’ll have experience working with coffee, but full training will be provided.
Extra points if you’ll be able to pick up the coffee kit and return it within the Welly CBD each month (requires wheels).
Morning People:
We couldn’t put on our events each month without our wonderful volunteers, we’re looking to get together a great group of volunteers that we can call on to help with our events each month.
Don’t want to help every month? That’s okay - we’ll have enough people to share the early rising around.
Mornings are not for everyone, but if they’re your deal and you’ll arrive with a smile on your dial to greet our community with then we’d love to hear from you.
We’re delighted to have Ben Forman from Wrestler, sharing his thoughts on the FANTASY that lies within the future of augmented and virtual reality at our November event next Friday 25th November.
