1. What’s your current book or podcast obsession? 
   I’m listening to the audiobook version of “The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership” and it’s been transformational, not only professionally, but personally and psychologically!!
   I listen to Dateline religiously 
2. What phrase do you find yourself repeating all too often? 
   Blessed to be stressed
3. Favorite taco shop? 
   Mike’s in OB, spicy shrimp taco
4. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received? 
   Whatever you focus on expands 
5. Who or what inspires you? 
   My son, our staff, and 82 year old woman who’s been living at the Fairmont Grand Del Mar for the last 12 years
6. Favorite coffee shop in San Diego? 
   There’s a coffee cart downtown by our offices called, Mud Bar - one of the oldest coffee carts in the city and is run by a dad and daughter. We call the coffee rocket fuel, it’s the best I’ve had. 
7. What’s a secret talent of yours?
   I can tap dance 
8. What’s your go-to karaoke song?
   It Wasn’t Me, Shaggy
9. What’s your favorite thing about the San Diego community?
   That it’s something different for everyone here
