Welcome to the Savannah’s first CreativeMornings event!
Savannah is a wonderful city full of unique creatives and we want to be a place where everyone can come together for community and creativity. Our first event speaker is Nancy Miller, and she will be sharing her take on the global theme of trust.
Nancy Miller is a Korean American children’s book author/illustrator and art teacher. She creates tiny worlds that capture the magic and joy of childhood for clients. These worlds are handmade and allow the viewer to feel like they are part of that moment. She illustrates subtle narratives and emotions with paper. The dimensional quality of the work is captured using photography. She volunteers for the SCBWI Southern Breeze as a Local Liaison for Savannah. When she isn’t teaching or making art, she watches Kdrama, cooks Korean food, reads, or crochets. Nancy teaches art to K-8 students and lives in Savannah, Georgia, with her husband, son, and guinea pigs. Her debut author and illustrator picture book, Sun, Moon, and Star, will be out in Spring 2026, published by Holiday House Books. Join us on July 26, 8:30 AM at Knack Studio for some coffee and community. Everyone is creative. Everyone is welcome
