JANUARY IS JOURNEY

As an internationally shown artist and founder of Arté Tea Company, CHOKE is committed to community-building through her promotion of healthy living, mindfulness practices, and the facilitation of meditation and wellness classes for those seeking to connect with their inner selves. She is deeply involved in outreach programs for underserved communities and is a co-founder of the Mind Body Ecology Institute, which promotes these teachings in connection to nature.
