In 2025, we plan on giving a damn. We will continue highlighting important stories in our city, sharing the stage with our neighbors, and curating joyful moments for all to bask in.
Globally, CreativeMornings chapters are run by a team of volunteers, “an engine of generosity,” as Tina likes to call it. For the Milwaukee chapter volunteers, each month is greeted by a group text from Katie. It’s guaranteed to start out with a Hey gang!!!, include praises from last month, and kick us into gear for the event ahead.
The volunteers in our group range in skillset, age, gender, and availability. But all fiercely believe in the CreativeMornings Manifesto. Some of our volunteers work on things behind the scenes (like writing this newsletter for example, or creating content for our instagram). Others are reliably there on Event Day to rearrange furniture, pick up and set up breakfast and coffee, and check in attendees. There are also videographers, photographers, and illustrators that volunteer their talents to the team.
If you would like to give a damn with CreativeMornings this coming year, please submit your application before our Team Orientation, which is being held on Sunday, 12/15.
