Additional details

Everything we do has some sort of ripple effect in our lives if we look closely enough. Embodiment practices can help us learn to have more agency around the ripples we create. And a year into a seemingly never-ending pandemic, where your life may or may not have been turned completely inside out and upside down, is as fitting a time as any to begin a real dialogue with your body.

This CM/CIN Virtual FieldTrip, guided by our host Emily Hager, is an invitation to sit and breathe and move in ways you might never have before, followed by a little time and space to process and express your thoughts.
