LAURA KORCULANIN is a sustainable design and impact innovator with a PhD in design anthropology. Her Croatian heritage and lifelong connection to water drive her work restoring humanity's sacred bond with this life-giving force. She's the creator of the IK-WI-AI framework, which integrates Indigenous Knowledge, Water Intelligence, and Artificial Intelligence to foster holistic solutions for planetary regeneration, and founder of GIVE A SHIT, an interdisciplinary initiative that reimagines urban sanitation and water systems.

After graduating from the Faculty of Human Kinetics (FMH) in Lisbon, RUI GOMES trained with renowned 5Rhythms creator, Gabrielle Roth, in Big Sur, California. After receiving Gabrielle’s blessing, Rui brought her 5Rhythms Waves and Workshops to Portugal and France.

5Rhythms is a simple, but profound and meditative practice that ignites creativity and sparks connection through embodied movement. Following the 5Rhythms “map," we navigate a Wave that takes us through 5 distinct musical and kinetic rhythms. They are: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.

By allowing the wisdom of our bodies to freely dance our inner story, we awaken an authentic, vulnerable and passionate, instinctive self. With the guidance of a facilitator, each Wave leads us toward our own inner Rhythms of Being. Through an alchemy of sensitivity and intensity, rooted in nature and enriched by symbols, Rui invites truth-in-motion to renew your sense of wonder.
