Vishwanath Srikantaiah

S. Vishwanath is a story-teller, writer and educator on sustainable water and sanitation. Together with his wife, architect Chitra Vishwanath, he runs Biome Environmental Solutions, a firm specializing in ecological architecture and Biome Trust, a nonprofit that works on water conservation, management and sustainable sanitation. Biome is recognized for its work with a wide range of groups: students, communities, volunteers and informal labor groups such as farmers, plumbers, construction workers and well diggers.
