Viggnesh is a coffee historian, bean lover and expert brewer, who has travelled the globe conducting coffee-tasting events while pinning South Indian coffee on the world map. He assists Indian coffee farmers in getting a better price for their produce by helping them grow and process speciality coffee. Apart from being a software engineer, he works as a consultant for cafes and is always experimenting & making the best blend. He believes that there is more to coffee than just ratios and temperatures; it is something to cherish and that his initiative - Madras Coffee Movement - is a cause for a good cup of coffee. At this event, Viggnesh will delve into trust as a factor in the business of coffee starting from a stage when it is still a crop.
