About the speaker

Trevor Whelan & Rua Meegan are Dublin based filmmakers whose works have often centered around urban art. Between them they have released four street art documentaries and two photographic books on Irish Street Art. Their recent work includes the award winning 2017 short documentary ‘Bordalo II: A Life of Waste’ for which they brought Arthur Bordalo to Dublin to create the now infamous Trash Squirrel Sculpture, and the 2018 film ‘Grey Area’ which highlights the archaic laws surrounding public art laws in Dublin.
