About this FieldTrip

The Ultimate Self-Massage Routine to feel LOVED is the perfect experience for those who love my Melt Stress sessions and are ready to go a level deeper into their self-love journey.

This routine is going to be especially powerful if:

-Your body wants to physically and emotionally slump

-Your self-talk sabotages your confidence

  • You are Ready to Open Your Heart to Love 💗

This Powerful 45 minute Routine can be done seated and in clothing that you can move your arms and breathe in. Expect guided breath, movements, loving intention, and a guided visualization to grow and glow your innate beauty from the inside out.

✨WHAT TO EXPECT

✔️ We will begin by grounding, and invite three-parts breath that awakens warmth and releases stagnation. Then muscle awakening inspired by yoga and Qigong, these fascia (connective tissue) freeing movements incorporated with breath and loving intention create a new level of freedom within the body.

✔️ Then I will share my favorite self-massage techniques honed in 20 years of practice that warm the body, melt guarding, and create flow across the chest, arms and hands.

✔️ Our session finishes with a guided Heartflow Meditation for Heart-Brain Coherence to tune the body in to a deep feeling of loving kindness towards the self.

✔️Post-session awaken to a radiating feeling of loving kindness towards self and confidence in your true gifts.

about your host

I am passionate about sharing self-care rituals that I’ve honed the last 20 years as a Licensed Massotherapist, eleven years as a Yoga and meditation Teacher, and in 2020 a Qigong Practice Leader.

My virtual classes fuse knowledge of anatomy, bodywork, injuries, stuck emotions, and holding patterns to guide my students through movements, breath, self-massage, and intention for healing and ease.

How to make the most of FieldTrips

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.

Show up fully

Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.

Stay curious

Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!

Celebrate your host

Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.

Support each other

We’re all figuring things out in real time. Celebrate, rather than critique emerging ideas. Cheer each other on as you try new things.  Try “Yes! And…” in conversation.

Not vibing?

It’s 100% okay when a FieldTrip does not resonate with you. Pop out quietly and try another experience later. Fill out the survey with your feedback (no dms to host or chat commentary, please.)
