I will share tools and a system to set and achieve ANY goal in just 20 minutes a day! We’ll walk through picking a goal to tackle, then learning to lay out a game plan to get there effectively in minutes a day.
In this super-interactive and hands-on course, you’ll learn to:
⌠Make any decision you are facing without second guessing yourself
⌠Identify how to break it down into tiny minutes-a-day steps
⌠Learn why this process works to circumvent the neural wiring that keeps our brains pulling us back to the old familiar patterns and habits that cause stagnation
I will share an intro to the neuroscience of change, and how developing super clear, manageable, mini action steps can circumvent the framework that tries to pull us back.
⌠You will be led through a brief dream-day visualization, allowing you to ‘see’ your longer term goal or goals more clearly
I will explain why it’s often not the goal itself, but the change in lifestyle and schedule- the setup – that keeps us from getting off to an active start.
⌠You will have an opportunity to share through the chat room the blocks that have kept you from success
I will divulge how to find the right time of day to set yourself up to do tasks in the most efficient way at the most effective times, how to break goals down into tiny, concrete parts, and how to set up the energy and support to see it through.
⌠We will develop your first few mini action steps towards your goal together and you will have an opportunity to share.
⌠We will then reward ourselves with a treat to help our brains succeed.
And, in an exciting conclusion, I will reveal some of the research on how to choose the optimal time of day for certain tasks, how understanding decision-making fatigue can be used to optimize our schedule, and why hourly dance breaks with a toddler can make you the master of productivity and innovation.

I’m Dawn, and I’m awful at lots of things. I get bored easily, am stubborn, and eat too many sweets. I’ve struggled my whole life with anxiety, ADD, and hyper-sensitivity. I’m also the founder of Seventh Sense Weddings & Events, serving as an interfaith minister who’s officiated over 600 ceremonies, specializing in multicultural and bilingual ceremonies, and the director of Whole Life Solutions, a career coaching company that, since 2013, has helped established, overwhelmed professionals figure out how to get to what they really meant to be when they grew up. Using research from neuroscience and psychology, I help clients get clarity on their big goals, then figure out how to get there efficiently and dynamically. And how to reward ourselves with lots of treats along the way…
Lucky for me, learning how to tackle my own challenges and best serve my clients led me to a path of delving into the neuroscience of change– learning how the brain processes decisions and shifts, why we so often stumble in making change, and how to get clarity and break things down efficiently and effectively.
Not to mention the amazing side-effect of now getting to use my challenges as assets, and getting to truly do what I love every day.
