編集者／路地活動家。2012年にbank to LLC.設立。京都を拠点としたクリエイティブファームとして、観光・芸術文化・教育を中心に、都市におけるあらゆるコンテンツの発掘や発信を手がける。2008年より京都の路地めぐりに目覚め、本人いわく「Googleストリートビューより詳しい」。本業以外に、京都精華大学・京都芸術大学 非常勤講師、「まいまい京都」路地歩きツアー講師、関西編集保安協会の立ち上げなど。
Editor and alleyway activist, Takahiro Mitsukawa founded “bank to LLC.” in 2012. Since 2008, he has been fascinated by Kyoto's alleyways and, as he puts it, Mitsukawa san "knows more about Kyoto than Google Street View". In addition to his day job, he is a part-time lecturer at Kyoto Seika University and Kyoto University of Arts, a lecturer on the 'Maimai Kyoto' alley-walking tour, and the founder of the Kansai Editorial Safety Inspection Association.

京都は「碁盤の目」に見えて、じつは複雑な町なんです。街を縫うように、細い路地がひしめき、その数はおよそ1万3000本。路地によって人やものが交わり、空間や時間がオーバーラップして、独自の文化的な生態系をつくってきました。街は複雑であるほど、豊かだと思います。当日は、京都という都市がクリエイティブであるために路地がもつ可能性についてお伝えしつつ、編集者としての仕事のスタンスについてもお話しでれきばと思います On Saturday, April 19th, we will discuss the potential of alleys to make Kyoto a creative city along with Takahiro Mitsukawa, an expert of Kyoto alleys and editor. Kyoto may look like a ‘grid’, but it is in fact a complex city. There are 13,000 narrow alleys that weave their way through the city. People and things intersect, space and time overlap, and the alleys create a rich and unique cultural ecosystem.
