About the speaker
We celebrate 5 years of CM-Bangalore this month of July 2018, and at the place where it all began - The Courtyard!
It's good to look back at lessons learned, and think about the direction we're headed. We want to share the intention with which we started the chapter and where it has lead us.

The Courtyard is a space for community. Centred around a courtyard filled to bursting with flowering vines, slender plants, and waving trees, our latest avatar has several spaces. It contains a 1700 SFT studio space perfect for small performances, workshops, screenings, and other such gathers. Open mics, flea markets, and kids events have found a home in the green courtyard. An open-to-sky rooftop provides an intimate space for meet ups and conversations under our rain tree. The centre also hosts space for artist accommodation and a restaurant space that caters to an eclectic range of tastes. Located in central Bangalore, on Lalbagh Double Road, The Courtyard is open to hosting a range of activities and is looking for interesting ideas that can take root in our space.
