Meet our speaker of this month Sumaia Showail! Sumaia is a passionate seasoned bakery & a pastry chef with 15 years of experience and a Home Economics by degree. Sumaia co-founded the first baking academy in Saudi Arabia called AYSH Academy. Nonetheless Sumaia is also the the founder and CEO of “Bake a Wish”. She’se also a member of the slowfood global community.
