About the speaker

Stock & Candor is a brand new project of Ben Wiley and Quynh Lai, who are cooks passionate about eating, drinking and the world of hospitality. After decades of working in restaurants they are ready to begin a project that is truly their own; to offer dishes that will allow for their expression, creativity and execution be practiced. Their desires are to share foods that they have grown up with and/or have been inspired by, with the knowledge that they have accomplished thus far, as well as the ever-developing lessons that are accumulated each day. Stock & Candor’s primary goal is cook for those who would like to come along on their journey.
