These days, mindfulness and stress relief are her go-to tools, and she absolutely loves helping others discover the magic of yoga for themselves. She is the author of a new book, Wellness on the Weekly: 52 Fun Prompts for Mindfulness, Movement, and a Whole Lot Less Stress!

About this FieldTrip

Get ready to have fun in our “Shake, Rattle & Flow – A Sun Salutation and Plank Party!”

This class is all about energizing your body and mind, with a focus on mindful movement, gratitude, and rest. We’ll move through Sun Salutations to build strength and flexibility, and then we’ll challenge our core with plank variations.

This workshop will leave you feeling refreshed, strong, and balanced, ready to take on whatever comes your way. Join us for a fun, light-hearted session that’s perfect for all levels – from beginners to seasoned practitioners.

Leave your stress at the door, and let’s flow together in a space filled with positivity and mindful gratitude.


What to know or bring

  • Yoga/exercise mat: Essential for a comfortable practice.

  • Water bottle: Stay hydrated throughout the session.

  • Wear comfortable, breathable clothing: Move freely in something that allows for easy movement.

  • Optional props: Your favorite playlist, Yoga blocks (or same sized hardback books without the paper covers), strap or a bathrobe belt, and a blanket if you’d like extra support for restorative poses.

Show up fully

Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.

Stay curious

Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going! 

Celebrate your host

Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.
