I believe we need to address the root cause of what keeps us stuck and in pain by bringing the body back into the conversation. My journey with injury, concussion, and chronic health challenges, along with navigating life as a woman, immigrant, and entrepreneur, led me to seek options beyond conventional health and wellness spaces. These systems had failed me throughout my life. But I found something different that helped me, and for nearly ten years I have been helping others experience the same transformation. I am here for those who have tried everything, helping them finally move beyond modern life pain through mindfulness and bodywork that addresses the root cause of what keeps them stuck, not just the symptoms.

About this FieldTrip

An immersive workshop for people who do not resonate with traditional New Year resolutions.

If setting intentions leaves you drained or disconnected, or if you feel pressure to know exactly what you want when you are not even sure what feels true for you, this experience offers a different approach.

Instead of forcing yourself into plans you cannot sustain, you will learn to root your intentions in the body.

You will gently integrate what the past year brought you, discern what you want to carry forward, release what no longer belongs to you, and step into the new year with clarity that rises from your own inner world rather than external expectations.

Agenda

  • This immersive experience brings together movement, dance, and fun music to help you reconnect with your energy and inner wisdom. You will move through:

  • Nonlinear movement and dance to shake out tension and emotional residue

  • Guided reflection to integrate the lessons and experiences of the past year

  • Intentional planning to enter the new cycle feeling grounded and resourced

  • This is an invitation to return to your center, uncondition yourself from systems that keep you small, and walk into the new year with self trust.

What to expect

Workshop format!

A hands-on session where participants get to build, craft, or create something tangible.

It will be recorded!

The recording will be shared within 24 hours in the follow up email for a 4-day window, and available at the top of this page. Make sure to register for access!

How to make the most of FieldTrips

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.

Show up fully

Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.

Stay curious

Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!

Celebrate your host

Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.

Support each other

We’re all figuring things out in real time. Celebrate, rather than critique emerging ideas. Cheer each other on as you try new things.  Try “Yes! And
” in conversation.

Not vibing?

It’s 100% okay when a FieldTrip does not resonate with you. Pop out quietly and try another experience later. Fill out the survey with your feedback (no dms to host or chat commentary, please.)
