About the speaker
As a Western New Yorker, Ryan's favorite food has always been hot Buffalo Wings. During the COVID epidemic, Ryan and his good friend (also named Ryan) decided to use their extra time to put together a business plan for a small restaurant. After the pandemic broke, the two friends began doing pop-ups around Prague and eventually moved into a brick and mortar location near Stromovka in Holešovice.
The restaurant reflects the laid back and good natured attitudes of the friends and their families. Ryan grew up going to neighborhood sports bars with his family and thought it was something Prague desperately lacked.
After almost three years, Wingz has become an ideal place for members of the local community to gather with their friends and families to enjoy good food, cold beer, and friendly conversation.
Ryan continues to inspire and uplift those around him, proving that with dedication and determination, anything is possible if you work hard and stay spicy.
