Feeling a little (or a lot) on edge, burnt out, like you just can’t get your brain to shut up? You’re not alone. The past few years have been ROUGH on our nervous systems. Even more so if you’re a high achieving human with high self expectations trying to do big, creative things in the world.
Come exactly as you are to reset your nervous system. We’ll use gentle, trauma-informed, science based practices to release stored stress, anxiety, and tension from the body. This class feels similar to a gentle yoga class but has even less movement. You’ll likely experience a restored sense of safety and ease in your body. You may notice more energy, lightness, and a sense of inner peace both during class and for days, sometimes weeks, after!
Julia Balto helps high-achieving women and queer folks heal burnout and uncover their authentic selves, so that they can chase their big goals feeling passionate, energized, and at peace. Clients have said that working together feels like ‘some kind of witchy brain magic’ with powerful shifts occurring in just 1-2 sessions. Julia is a certified, trauma-informed coach and somatic practitioner. She offers virtual and in-person 1:1 coaching, group coaching, speaking, and workshops.

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.
Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.
Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!
Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.
We’re all figuring things out in real time. Celebrate, rather than critique emerging ideas. Cheer each other on as you try new things. Try “Yes! And…” in conversation.
It’s 100% okay when a FieldTrip does not resonate with you. Pop out quietly and try another experience later. Fill out the survey with your feedback (no dms to host or chat commentary, please.)
