Ivan McClellan is a photojournalist and designer born in Kansas City, Kansas, and based in Portland, Oregon. He is the founder of the 8 Seconds Juneteenth rodeo in Portland. His work reveals marginalized aspects of black culture and challenges broad assumptions and myths about racial identity in America.

Leon Anderson is the current president of Instrument, a founding member of the improv group Broke Gravy, and producer and co-founder of the Stumptown Improv festival. He leads with curiosity, story, and personal connection.
