Musician, Time Management Consultant.
Anne Boccato is a vocalist, percussionist, pianist, storyteller, educator and time management consultant born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil. Anne has been living in the United States for over 17 years – immersed in the arts scene in New York City, teaching private lessons and performing her own music, as well as collaborating with wonderful musicians. She founded the Asaran Earth Trio out of a desire to dig into her Brazilian heritage through percussion and voice, and was delighted to watch it become a meeting place for vocal and rhythmic traditions from around the world. When she’s not music-ing, she can be found helping folks bust through their time management blocks with curiosity and compassion.
We’ll explore the basic outline of the Freedom Framework – a diagnostic tool and intuitive approach that uncovers the root issues behind time management challenges.
Rather than allowing labels like “lazy” or “procrastinator” to define us, or adopting one-size-fits-all solutions, participants are encouraged to investigate themselves with curiosity and compassion, allowing their own inner child to guide them to what’s hard, what doesn’t work, and why, so they can begin to work towards real solutions.

The FieldTrips experience is defined not only by what the host has to share, but also by how we show up individually and collectively. The way we show up impacts our capacity to be moved, inspired, and activated.
Get ready to be immersed! Engage with smiles, nods, waves, emojis. Share in the chat. Get cozy. Turn off notifications. Sip your favorite beverage.
Wear your beginner’s hat. Go with the flow. Welcome the stumbles and fumbles. Congratulate yourself for trying. Keep going!
Our hosts are members of the CreativeMornings community—just like you! Everyone comes to this with different backgrounds—a lot of our hosts have never done anything like this before! And we love that! Cheer them on when something goes awry and when it goes perfectly.
We’re all figuring things out in real time. Celebrate, rather than critique emerging ideas. Cheer each other on as you try new things. Try “Yes! And…” in conversation.
It’s 100% okay when a FieldTrip does not resonate with you. Pop out quietly and try another experience later. Fill out the survey with your feedback (no dms to host or chat commentary, please.)
