Vidushi Prathima Athreya is a Hindustani Classical Vocalist and Teacher based out of Bangalore. She is the disciple of Pandit D.B. Harindra of the Gwalior Gharana. She has also learnt bhaavageethe from her mother Smt. B S Annapurna.
Prathima in an AIR artist and has performed (individually and in Carnatic - Hindustani jugalbandi) at various concert platforms and the television. Her music ranges from classical khayaal and thumri gayan to devotional music like vachana and bhavageete.
