About the speaker
Armed with a keen eye for detail and a dry sense of humour, Peter enjoys utilizing the personal and professional skills he has gathered over the years to combine creative and technical solutions to solve problems. In the day to day, he is a web developer for local design shop, Paper Leaf, a lead team member of the Edmonton Men’s Health Collective (EMHC), and an LGBTQ+ and equality rights advocate.
When not glued to some sort of back-lit digital display, he might be found pounding the pavement with one of his running groups, biking around town, hanging out at one of his favourite local joints, or burying himself in whatever fantasy novel currently commands his attention. With a passion for urban living, technology, and most things social media related, Peter is well connected to the local scene through his involvement with a number of communities, organizations, and meet up groups.
