- I'll first start out with an explanation on burnout and how it impacts us.
- Then, we dive right into how to overcome it. We will discuss the 7 types of rest and I'll lead an exercise on how to chart it so we can understand which aspects of rest we should work on first.
- Next, we discuss the benefits of access our Inner Voice, quieting our Inner Critic, and amplifying our Inner Creative and leave space to write/draw what our Inner Creative is wanting and needing for ourselves.
- Finally, I will lightly touch on how to go about doing more creative things in our personal time and leaning on community to do so.
