He is a Certified Structural Integrator from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, a student of Buddhist Meditation, as well as a life-long practitioner of interdisciplinary Kung Fu. By integrating each of these disciplines, he has developed The Art of Relaxation, a unique and accessible approach to mindfulness and stress reduction. Nathan is also actively involved with Folkways, where he applies his hospitality expertise to foster connections and nurture local culture by creating welcoming and memorable environments.
