About the speaker
Myra LalDin believes in the power of stories to create empathy, shape values, change behaviors, and share experiences. She grew up in multiple countries and her experiences across those varied cultural contexts sparked her interest in the science behind human behaviors across cultures and differences. As an undergraduate, Myra studied cross-cultural business management before earning her Master’s degree in Behavioral Science from Harvard University. Now, Myra works at the intersection of inclusion and technology, building immersive experiences in virtual reality (VR) that allow team members to see the world from another’s perspective. Myra co-founded the VR development company Perspectives VECTRE, which immerses teams in common experiences of bias to help organizations become more socially intelligent, globally competent, and consciously inclusive.
