Michael Bernegger on NOMAD

Our Nomad speaker will be Michael Bernegger.

If he had to describe himself in three words, those would be: adventurer, dreamer and encourager – especially for children.
His first major adventure began at the age of 20: four months in Australia, only with the return flight booked, everything else falling into place along the way.
Since then, this leap into the unknown has been a recurring theme in his life: working for a children's charity in Brazil, a summer job as a camp leader for family adventure holidays in Germany, further travels and adventures around the globe and a career change from trained plasterer to social education worker at the age of 22.

In 2024 he left his job and the comfort of his life behind to embark on his current adventure being the Canary Islands his first destination.

Michael will take us into the emotional world of his last trip and will open up perspectives on why it is worth letting go and finding the courage to face the unknown, because trust will follow along the way.
