We are changing up the format of our event this month to help fill our creative social tanks. As a community in this particular season, in this particular year, many of us are feeling tired. And yet there’s a lot to learn and be inspired by—including each other!
The CreativeMornings Seattle community is such a welcoming and helpful bunch of people (that’s you!), and we want everybody to have the opportunity to feel that.
In place of a featured speaker this month, we’re gathering simply to get to know each other better and support one another. We’ll run through a few rounds of small group discussions to connect with our creative friends.
We’ll use this month’s global theme, Transit, to prompt our discussions. Come prepared to talk about a fun project you’re working on, something you’ve been thinking about, or a problem you need help solving.
We’ll gather on Zoom at 8:30 for a Miro board group activity—set to the tune of the monthly playlist—before we jump into our group discussions.
If you’re feeling a bit intimidated by social interaction, please engage as much as you’re comfortable. And know that you can always sit back with your camera off to just listen if you’d prefer to.
