About the speaker
Marie is an artist – photographer and actress – who participated in various performance projects starting with music videos and interpretation to theater performances. Marie does all of this and more while she doesn’t speak nor hear – Marie is partially deaf and communicates mainly via sign language. She is also active in several NGO focused on the deaf community and helps to support its members and connect the worlds of silence & sound together.
