In her “Rooted – Finding motivation for climate transition” talk, Maja Risholm will invite us to reflect on how we can all find our inner motivation to contribute to something bigger – a future where we live more in harmony with our planet and each other.

Maja is a committed speaker and strategist with a strong drive for sustainability and climate issues. With broad experience in climate and policy advocacy, business development and communication, she is passionate about exploring how change happens – not only through systems and structures, but also through our personal journeys.

In her talk, Maja will share how, through our different roles in life, we can actively participate in driving change – and how that process can simultaneously strengthen us as both individuals and as a society. With warmth and humility, she reminds us that we are all on a journey of change, and that it is in the relationship with our surroundings – nature, people and the future – that we can find direction and motivation.
