About the speaker
Lynn Wong coaches high-achievers to gain energy and beat burnout to do the work they love with sustained excellence and unlock human potential.
Lynn is a human well-being coach, career mentor and co-
founder of small businesses that grow happy, healthy
communities. In addition to managing her executive health
coaching practice, she also serves as a career coach to the
EMBA students and alumni of the Sam Walton College of
Business at the University of Arkansas. Her global clients
come from diverse industries and Fortune 1-500 companies as
they invite her to witness their unique journeys from burnout
to breakthrough. Lynn meets her clients with a whole person
well-being approach, uncovers their strengths and guides
them through professional transitions, transformations and
sabbaticals. She has also spoken and worked with groups to
help participants meet and live their full potential.
Lynn was a global logistics executive with over 22 years of
leadership experience working in Singapore, USA and China
with industry giants Maersk, The Home Depot, Walmart, and
the New York Shipping Exchange. She is a Gallup-certified
coach in Clifton Strengths and Builder Profile. Lynn is also a
certified integrative nutrition health coach with the Institute
of Integrative Nutrition.
