Lou knows a thing or two about leading. Working with brands such as Singapore Airlines, HSBC, Corona, Lexus, Coca-Cola, Nokia, Shell, Procter & Gamble, Sanofi, and Audi, Lou’s portfolio draws 18 years of brand leadership — and a successful career in propelling corporate giants in the industry. She was awarded the “Account/Business Development Person of the Year” by Campaign Asia in 2007 for leading 2 of the region’s most competitive pitches as the General Manager of TBWA\ Group Singapore: Singapore Airlines and Sentosa Resorts World. Prior to this, she was the International Business Director for Nokia at Bates, rolling out global campaigns across 12 markets in Asia Pacific and creating up to 20 integrated campaigns per year. She was also the Global Brand Leader of Singapore Airlines for 7 years.
