About the speaker
Attorney-turned-winemaker Lindsey Williams, who launched Davidson Wine Co. in 2018 in the suburbs of Charlotte, is now bringing her globally-sourced grapes from the best wine-making regions of the world to the Holy City, a city she deeply loves and admires. Lindsey is proud to be a part of the 1% of winery owners who are African-American. A native of Ohio with a background in law, Lindsey’s journey is as exceptional and varied as her wines, which will range from merlots, Cabs, and Chardonnays to Barolos, Gewürztraminers, Pinotages, Petit Verdot, and Ports. Soon, Charleston locals and visitors alike can join Lindsey and her team for wine tastings, premier charcuterie, tasty desserts and more.

ABOUT HOLY CITY BREWING
In 2011, Joel Carl, Sean Nemitz and Chris Brown partnered with Mac Minaudo to form Holy City Brewing. The Charleston craft beer scene was only a fledgling venture and they saw this as an opportunity to bring their passion to the open market. The brewery now makes 6,000 barrels of beer per year and is on the brink of yet another massive expansion with a new production facility off Spruill Avenue. The 5 barrel brewhouse located at Baker & Brewer is viewed as a creative engine for Holy City; get ready for a whole new line-up of experimental house brews. Over the years HCB has participated in many collaborations, this is the biggest of them yet. Whether from the kettle or the oven, you are in for a treat at Baker & Brewer.
ABOUT EVO PIZZERIA
Since the first incarnation of EVO Pizzeria as a mobile wood-fired oven in 2005, Matt McIntosh and Ricky Hacker opened their brick and mortar establishment in 2007 centered in the bustling area of Park Circle, North Charleston. Now they have joined forces with Holy City Brewing to bring your favorite pizzas to Baker & Brewer. Along with what you have come to know and love of EVO Pizzeria and Craft Bakery, no fit is more appropriate then Holy City Brewing in your glass. Cheers!
