Stories are everywhere—hidden in moments, challenges, and even the mundane.

As an artist, designer, and storyteller, I’ve always known this; as a parent and educator, I’ve practiced it in the most unexpected situations. In this talk followed by a workshop, we’ll turn situations into playful explorations, uncovering unexpected connections through symbols, metaphors, and a touch of whimsy. It’s not about finding answers but asking the right creative questions and letting the story unfold.

About the speaker

Sasha Mazur-K is an artist and designer who transforms personal and emotional experiences into playful tools for self-expression and connection. With a professional background in design and conceptual art, her work is also deeply influenced by her experience in early years education, where she discovered the power of play as a foundation for communication and connection. Shaped by cultural transitions and her own sensitivity, she creates books, games, and workshops that help others explore their stories and see the world through fresh, imaginative perspectives.
