Lauren Janson

Lauren is the founder of local hair salon Cropt, café Sweet Talk Coffee and clothing store IVY and Mum of her 3 year old son Rivi. With 10 years of experience in business and 6 years finding the balance in multiple businesses, Lauren continues to strive to bring creativity and passion to everything she does.

Working alongside her dad and partner, at Sweet Talk coffee and having a strong and loyal team surrounding her in her other businesses, community has become a strong foundation of their day to day life.

Lauren has learnt a lot about growth, setbacks, and the constant blend of being an entrepreneur, team leader and Mother. Passionate about creativity, resilience, and the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, Lauren believes growth and challenges can run parallel with each other and that there’s always something to learn along the way.
