AIGA Arizona is on a mission to nurture creative curiosity and use programming, resources and mentorship to empower the voices in our community to create a lasting impact.
Established in 1989 as the local chapter of AIGA, the professional association of design, volunteers build programming to help improve design ability for Arizona creative professionals. They connect with complementary disciplines of creativity and expression. They prioritize social impact. And they promote community excellence. How? By providing resources and access to all creative professionals within the state and making sure that underrepresented communities have a seat at the table. Additional details
Kristin Wesley will be speaking on the global theme “Ember,” being held at Phoenix Forge.
We’re looking forward to seeing you online this week. Remember to subscribe to our YouTube Channel ahead of the broadcast, so you can participate in the chat room. We appreciate you joining us remotely and lending your support to the chapter. We’re one of only a few chapters globally still streaming in the post-covid era, so please continue to be patient with our all-volunteer team, as we refine our tools and technology each session, aiming to deliver the best broadcast experience possible.
Even as a remote attendee, you can participate. We always carve out space for our 30-second spotlights, which is our live-in-person version of a classified section. If you have a project, job, or other need, you can shout it out to the group. Anything from adoptable kittens to free couches is fair game, not just professional announcements. Someone will be able to read your request from the chat, so don’t vanish after the main talk.
Thank you for supporting our chapter and we hope to meet you in-person for an upcoming event!
