after spending 8+ years in the forensic accounting world, concentrating on data mining and e-discovery, josh decided to jump into the photobooth world in 2009. seeing the need for a well designed, technologically advanced, modern photobooth in the marketplace, he and his wife set out to build just that. while in the prototype phase of what would be known as QUESO, a chance meeting with his current partners in marfa, TX led to 5 days of desert driving discussing the future of what has become a trend at events all over the world, Smilebooth, basically the first ‘selfie’ machine. josh, his wife, and soon to be three kids enjoy traveling the country and he likes to find time on a river with a fly rod as often as time allows, having even been found fly rod in hand along white oak bayou to get a quick fix.
