Jonathan Richards is a culinary enthusiast with a deep passion for food and flavor. His journey began at culinary art school and took him to some of the finest kitchens in South Florida, where he collaborated with top chefs. Jonathan later transitioned to front-of-house roles, excelling in serving, bartending, and bar management, and eventually served as Beverage Director at Mar-a-Lago.
Now, as the owner and operator of Palm Beach Salt Company, Jonathan handles every aspect of the business. He's particularly proud of the company's move into its own production facility and event space, offering a starting point for new small businesses. Jonathan's passion for living a simpler, healthier life led him to start making salt as a hobby, which quickly grew into an obsession.
